BC’s largest population health survey: Have your say and spread the word
The third SPEAK population health survey is now open to all British Columbians 18 years of age and older.
Brought to you by the public health teams at the First Nations Health Authority, regional health authorities, and the BC Centre for Disease Control, the survey asks about physical and mental health, as well as social and economic well-being. The results will help support programs and initiatives to improve the health of your community.
Please consider participating to help public health understand your community’s health and well-being needs. We’re also asking for your help to spread the word by sharing the survey with your colleagues, clients, patients, neighbors, friends, seniors, and Elders.
SPEAK (Survey on Population Experiences, Action and Knowledge) is available in English, French, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Punjabi, Farsi, Arabic, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Korean. We want to hear from as many people as possible. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes and can be done online on any tablet, computer, or mobile device.
