Dr Rae is a clinical professor emeritus of medicine at the University of British Columbia, retired head of nephrology at St. Paul’s Hospital, and a Founder Member, University Clinical Faculty Association/Section of Clinical Faculty. Now living in Victoria, Dr Rae continues to teach at UBC and is a frequent contributor to the BC Medical Journal.
