Dr Cliff Henderson received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the BC Association for Child Development.
Dr Henderson is a founding member of the Starbright Children’s Development Centre and remains on the board to this day. Launched in 1966 by Dr Henderson and a group of parents of children with cerebral palsy, Starbright is a nonprofit organization that serves children with physical and developmental needs. Programs offered focus on infant development, autism, occupational therapy, speech language therapy, physical therapy, counseling services, and hippotherapy.
