The BC Medical Journal is pleased to welcome Dr Anne Clarke, who join­ed the Editorial Board at the invita­tion of editor Dr David Rich­ardson. Dr Clarke replaces Dr Lindsay Lawson on the Board.

Dr Clarke is a graduate of the University of Toronto with an FRCP in emergency medicine. She works as an emergency physician at Peace Arch Hospital in White Rock, Bri­tish Co­lumbia, and is medical director of the Fraser Health Authority. Dr Clarke also lived in Sydney, Australia, where she attained her master’s degree in health administration.

In her spare time she likes to ski and bike, and along with her husband has recently taken up curling. In summer Dr Clarke also likes to go back to her family cottage on Lake Ontario. Dr Clarke has a son who is studying at the University of British Columbia.
