In the July/August 2011 issue of the BCMJ we published a letter by Dr Adi Mudaliar entitled “Drug therapy decision course misleading.” In many instances in which a writer is critical of an institution or organization, we solicit a response from that organization. In this instance, we did not solicit a rebuttal from the Therapeutics Education Collaboration, and in retrospect, we should have. We apologize for this oversight. —ED.
