Eligible extended health and dental claims from the BCMA Health Benefits Trust Fund (HBTF) for the 2007 benefit year must be received within the following time frames:

 Any 2007 claims received by Sun Life after 30 June 2008 will not be paid and will be returned to the claimant. Deadlines set by the insurer are beyond our control and are not flexible. Claim forms can be accessed through our web site at www.bcma.org [10] or by calling the BCMA Plan Administrator.
